Carnival Communities

Carnival Communities explored and addressed some of the major challenges participatory arts and festival organisations face when engaging with a wide range of culturally diverse user groups and community audiences. Through their collaboration Giles and Claudia collected new insights in resource diversification and engagement methods for participation that they now hope to implement between Rotterdam and Liverpool.
