Al Badil Al-Badil works as a collective for the development of culture in Tunisia since 2013 and became a Tunisian association in 2017, working to structure the Tunisian cultural sector, and the territorial network of youth-led cultural and creative initiatives. Al-Badil aims at supporting access to social and economic inclusion opportunities by promoting CCI professions, providing inclusive artistic and cultural education, and incubation programs for young artists and cultural managers. Their network is spread over the Tunisian national territory, with activities almost all over the territory with a regional and francophone influence.
