To take full advantage of the Tandem programme, you need to be curious, willing to work in a partnership and experiment beyond your own discipline(s), approaches and national borders. A constructive, generous and collaborative culture is central to Tandem’s way of working. This creates positive growth for the participating individuals and organisations. Tandem supports the creation of partnerships between participants and their organisations for a period of one year. So, as a participant to the programme, you get the chance to share knowledge and experience, and to network within communities you didn’t know before.
