Biblioteca Judeteana Antim Ivireanul Valcea encourages interaction between people and provides support, expertise and spaces for both study and leisure. The library manages diversity and serves as a space for exploring various kind of cultural innovation. We aim to create and promote a direct access to ideas and information both online and offline.

We use Betwyll - our social reading application - to activate communities of people around a cultural content by stimulating dialogue, attention, awareness and empathy.
